  49. To install it, simply unzip the zip file and run Setup.exe

  52. uninstall it from the Control Panel.

  62.  SOFTWARE LICENSE

  64.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
  65.  WinXFiles on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of
  66.  determining whether WinXFiles is suitable for their
  67.  needs.  The use of WinXFiles, except for the initial
  68.  30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
  69.  unlicensed copies of WinXFiles, outside of the initial
  70.  30-day trial, by any person, business, corporation,
  71.  government agency or any other entity is strictly
  72.  prohibited.

  74.  A license for personal use that grants
  75.  the user the right to use WinXFiles on one computer may be purchased.
  76.  A commercial license requires sufficient licensing
  77.  equal to the number of users, or the quantity
  78.  of workstations that access the software, whichever is
  79.  smaller.

  81.  No one may modify or patch the WinXFiles executable files
  82.  in any way, including but not limited to decompiling,
  83.  disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the
  84.  programs.

  86.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  87.  WinXFiles only for the trial use of others, subject
  88.  to the above limitations, and also the following:
  89.  
  90.   1)    WinXFiles and all of its release files must be
  91.         copied in unmodified form, complete with the file
  92.         containing this license information.

  94.   2)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested
  95.         or accepted, except as authorized below:
  96.  
  97.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems
  98.            (sysops) may make WinXFiles available for down-
  99.            loading only as long as the above conditions are
  100.            met.  An overall or time-dependent charge for the
  101.            use of the bulletin board system is permitted as
  102.            long as there is not a specific charge for the
  103.            download of WinXFiles.

  105.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software
  106.            approved by the ASP may distribute WinXFiles,
  107.            subject to the above conditions, without specific
  108.            permission.  
  109.  
  110.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute copies of
  111.            the WinXFiles diskette to their members,
  112.            subject to the above conditions, without specific
  113.            permission.  Non-profit groups may collect a disk
  114.            duplication fee not to exceed five dollars.

  116.   LIMITED WARRANTY

  118.   PEPSOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  119.   IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  120.   OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
  121.   WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE
  122.   DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE
  123.   ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR 
  124.   CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  125.   IN NO EVENT WILL PEPSOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  126.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
